Eimco Part 36 machines need retrofit with DPM filters. This can be accomplished by contacting Eimco for retrofit kits or by a mine operator submitting a field modification to MSHA in order to add an after-market filter or a new safety system (new wet or dry exhaust gas cooling system) to the machine.
