The effective date for this is December 31, 2008. ***************************************************************** 30 CFR § 14.20 Flame resistance. Conveyor belts for use in underground coal mines must be flame- resistant and: (a) Tested in accordance with Sec. 14.22 of this part; or (b) Tested in accordance with an alternate test determined by MSHA to be equivalent under 30 CFR Sec. Sec. 6.20 and 14.4 (e). |
