Al Llewellyn provides the following reminder: "Equipment [machinery] operators should have to read and understand the Operation and Maintenance Manual prior to operating a machine, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Some hazards are more specific to some pieces of equipment, and these are listed in the safety section of the Operators Manual."
