2008 Calendar for Meetings and Safety Days
WKMI meetings are scheduled for:
February 26, 2008 1st Quarterly meeting will be held
at the Madisonville Fairgrounds.Times are 6:30 p.m. social and 7:00 p.m. dinner meeting.
2008 Membership dues will be due at this quarterly meeting. Johnny Green, Acting Executive
Director of the Office of Mine Safety and Licensing, will present the program.
May 21-22, 2008 2nd Quarterly meeting will be the
Mine Rescue Contest to be held at the Madisonville Fairgrounds.
August 26, 2008, The 3rd Quarterly Meeting is to be held at
the Madisonville Fairgrounds, with 6:30 p.m. social and 7:00 p.m.
dinner meeting.
November 25, 2008, The 4th Quarterly Meeting is to be
held at the Madisonville Fairgrounds, with 6:30 p.m. social and 7:00
p.m. dinner meeting.

Wednesday, May 21st -- Mine Rescue & Benchman Contest
Lock-up 7:00 a.m. and contest begins at 8:00 a.m.
Thursday, May 22nd -- First Aid and Pre-Shift Contest
Lock-up 7:00 a.m. and contest begins at 8: a.m.
Tuesday, May 20th -- Safety Days Golf Outing
