	2006 Metal/Nonmetal National Mine Rescue Contest Final Standings

The 2006 Metal and Nonmetal Mine Rescue Contest consists of the Mine Rescue Field Contest and the Benchman's Contests, which include the BG-4, the BG 174 and BioPak contests, the First Aid Contest, the Multi-Gas Instrument Contest and an award category, "Overall Contest," which recognizes the team with the total high score in all contests, including Mine Rescue, Bench and First Aid.

(NOTE: The "Overall Contest" category is a separate category from the Mine Rescue Field Contest. The winner of the Mine Rescue Field Contest is the Mine Rescue Competition National Champion.)

Sincere thanks goes out to all of the participants in this year's contest. An undertaking such as this cannot happen without the dedication and effort of all involved.
