Field Scorecard - Rule 14
    Considering the increased risk of heat damage that may occur to some models of SCSR's, (being exposed to summer heat), contestants will be able to utilize SCSR's that have been removed from service due to a change in the heat indicator and training units, for contest purposes. Contestants will be required to inform the field judges that the SCSR being used has been removed from service and being used as a training unit, or that the SCSR, is in fact, a reusable training unit. Failure to inform the judges will result in discounts being assessed for the SCSR not being maintained in operable condition. SCSR's removed from service due to mechanical damage, or missing parts, cannot be used.
