DESCRIPTION:
    The Attorney General indicated in his March 19, 2009 memorandum on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that “agencies should readily and systematically post information online in advance of any public request.” The Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments to the FOIA requires all federal agencies to make available on the Internet, any records that have been disclosed in response to a FOIA request and which the agency determines have become or are likely to become the subject of subsequent requests.

    MSHA is providing the information listed below in compliance with the Attorney General’s memo and E-FOIA Amendment.
