This sign could save your life. Pay Attention!	SOSA Event Photo Gallery District 1 Poster Contest Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Northeastern Pennsylvania schools participated in a poster contest sponsored by MSHA’s District 1 office. The posters were judged by MSHA employees and Region 1 District Manager, Jack Kuzar traveled to area schools and presented winners with a trophy and a certificate of achievement. Instructors that supported the SOSA program were also presented with a certificate of appreciation. The students were tasked creating drawings about the hazards they may encounter on mine properties.
