September 7, 2010 Southtowns man hospitalized following ATV accident A 35-year-old Springville, NY man had to be flown by helicopter to the Erie County Medical Center after suffering chest injuries during an ATV accident at a Concord gravel pit. According to local authorities, the victim was ejected from his ATV after losing control and striking a rock pile. The victim and another rider were charged with trespassing and operating an uninsured ATV. Source: Buffalo News |
