March 18, 2011 A 12 year-old Pennsylvania boy had to be rescued by firefighters after he became trapped on the cliff of abandoned quarry. Fire officials said the boy was trapped on a ledge about 70 feet up the quarry wall where he stayed until rescue workers could lower him down to safety. No trespassing signs were posted at the quarry and police are considering whether to charge the boy with trespassing. |
