Hi, I�m Thomas Jones, running back for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Nothing scares me when I step on the football field, but seeing people swimming in abandoned quarries does.
Too many young people die every year in water filled quarries.
Quarries are not swimming pools; they are deep and cold, and they can have hidden ledges or sharp machinery right below the water's surface.
Water filled quarries are death traps, so please find another place to cool off.
