Truck Falls Over Quarry Highwall A 23 year-old Oklahoma man was fatally injured when the truck he was driving went over a quarry highwall and fell approximately 91 feet to the pit below. The victim crashed through the mine property gates which were welded shut to prevent entrance to the site, drove over a dirt berm, and fell to the quarry bottom. |
