ATV Accident

A 44 year-old Pennsylvania man was fatally injured when he lost control of the ATV he was riding at an idle surface mine. The victim was trespassing on the mine property while the mine was idle for the holiday weekend when he failed to navigate a turn and struck a berm. The victim was transported to Miners Hospital in Hastings, PA where he was pronounced dead due to blunt force trauma to the chest and abdomen.
