Electrocution A 24 year-old man was electrocuted while attempting to steal copper from a Southern California surface mine. The victim cut through two chain link fences and climbed a 20 foot, 12kv tower in an attempt to cut copper wires. An electrical arc struck the victim, fatally injuring him. |
