A 16 year-old North Carolina boy drowned at the Cedar Cove rock quarry in Morgan County

Authorities in Hartselle recovered the body of a teenager who drowned at a rock quarry.

Emergency personnel pulled the boy from the water, but were unable to revive him with CPR.
