June 28, 2010 Scuba Diver Dies from Injuries A 38-year-old woman succumbed to her injuries after a scuba diving accident in a Northwest Ohio quarry earlier this month. The woman was scuba diving with others in a quarry when she reportedly ran out of oxygen. Another diver brought her to the surface and she was immediately taken to the hospital.
