A 13-year-old Sioux Falls, S.D., boy was killed while playing on construction equipment at an active sand and gravel operation. According to police, several teen-age friends found
keys the construction crew had hidden on the equipment. The youths managed to start several of the vehicles and the driver of the bulldozer went over a 25-foot ledge. He either jumped
or fell off the machine and was run over by it.
