05/28/2002 A Moberly, Mo., teen who had been camping with friends drowned in a strip pit near Cairo. According to the Randolph County Sheriff's Department, the 16-year-old boy had jumped out of a boat to swim to shore. He was reported missing around midnight, and his body was not found until around 7 a.m. the next morning. |
