06-03-2004 A 33-year-old man from Woodstock, Minn., died in an all-terrain vehicle accident northeast of Pipestone. According to the Sheriff's Department, the victim was operating a 700cc Kawasaki ATV at a private gravel pit when the vehicle struck a cable that was placed across the private drive. A 19-year-old passenger was uninjured in the accident. The injured man was taken by ambulance to Pipestone County Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead from internal injuries.
