08-01-2004 A 24-year old biker was killed late Sunday at the Buckhorn Processing (Horizon Natural Resources Inc.), Bulan Tipple, in an accident on a road leading to an impoundment in Perry County, Ky. The processing plant is abandoned; however, MSHA does inspect the remaining impoundment. The incident was investigated by the state police. (Source: MSHA) |
