Willow Creek Mine Explosion and Fire
Updates Update for Friday, August 11, 2000 The situation at the mine remains essentially unchanged. Mine gas samples continue to be collected and analyzed. Results indicate that carbon monoxide levels continue to gradually decline. MSHA's accident investigation is in its 5th day and continuing. Information will be posted on this site when significant changes or developments occur. |
