Coal Inspection Procedures and Rock Dust Sampling Procedures Changes

MSHA released its Coal Mine Safety and Health General Inspection Procedures Handbook and then released its revised Rock Dust Sampling Procedures on April 1, 2013. Stakeholder meetings were held throughout the country. There are 2 powerpoints that were discussed to review changes from previous policy.
