For Part 48 plans, please contact appropriate District or EFS personnel, who may have training plan templates (e.g., in Word) to use. Also, some of our state grantees have templates that they may wish to share with others for this purpose (refer to the list at http://www.msha.gov/TRAINING/STATES/STATES.asp ).
