Opening Word Files:

If you'd like to modify a file, you can only do so using the MS Word version of the form. Click on the WORD link beside the selected form. A pop up window will ask if you'd like to open or save the document. We recommend that you save the document to your desktop so you can easily locate it for editing. Once you've saved it to your desktop, open it and modify it to suit your needs.

Opening PDF Files:

You can only edit PDF files if you have the full version of Adobe software. You can save, open and print PDF files if you have Acrobat Reader loaded on your machine. If you do not already have it, it is free to download from the following web site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html Follow the onscreen instructions to download and install it to your computer.
