Task Training

What is a Modified Job Task Analysis?

A Modified Job Task Analysis (MJTA) is a process for initiating and conducting a mine site job analysis. It provides an outline (worksheet) for conducting On-The-Job-Training for persons assigned to perform that job.

This workshop will develop a modified worksheet (training outline) that is tailored to your individual training situation.

The worksheet is in MS WORD and additional columns can be added to identify additional factors such as difficulty of job steps, frequency of the job steps, and procedure for accomplishing the job steps.

This workshop process usually is accomplished in one working day.
