Participant Selection

Make sure the participants selected for the team are representative from each group affected by the chosen task.

Once the team participants have been selected, secure management approval. Then contact selected participants. A letter requesting participation in the workshop is recommended.

The most important aspect of the workshop is team selection. The following is a list of suggested participants:
