    Who to select:
    The most important aspect of a IJTA workshop is team selection. In addition to the technical competence required, participants should have:

    • The ability and willingness to clearly and accurately describe their experience and knowledge.
    • The skill of listening respectfully to the views of others and participating effectively in group discussions without dominating or being dominated.
    • The disposition toward not overreacting to criticism or having their contributions analyzed/reorganized.
    • The disposition toward being a team player an wants to participate in the process.
