    Ranking the Job Steps

Once the job steps are organized with the software, selected job steps are ranked on the Difficulty (D), Importance (I), and Frequency (F).

    The ranking is on a 1-3 scale with 1=important, 2=very important, 3=critical.

(You may prefer to rank the job steps individually a the time they are placed on the job list and not wait until the end.)
