    Process - Developing the Duties, Job Steps, and Sub-steps

    Issue each participant 3-5 pads of yellow sticky notes and dark-ink pens.

    • Ask the participants to silently write the job steps that they perform on the sticky notes. Please ask participants to refrain from discussion(s).
      Ask participants to:
          — Use a different sticky for each job step
          — Take their time and be thorough.
