30 CFR Download
There is an update available for the downloadable version of the 30 CFR. Thise update represents changes made based on a recent technical amendment that was published. This amendment was issued amending and clarifying its existing health standards for asbestos exposure. The amendment makes no substantive change to the existing standards, MSHA's enforcement of the standards, or the protection afforded miners under the standards. |
