This road was not planned; rather, it just “happened” over the years. Notice that one truck has to get very close to the highwall for the other one to pass. There is not a safe space between these trucks when they meet. In this particular case it was less than one foot between the mirrors. Also notice that the road gets narrower and narrower, which means there’s not enough room for an adequate berm.
