We are providing the transcripts in two formats. The first is PDF (please read) and the other is ASCII DOS Text (txt). We are providing the text format for downloading for use with any word processing package you might have.
The PDF files may be searched using the "Find" option under "Tools". Just enter a word or concept you are looking for and the Find feature will highlight all instances of the same.
For those rules that we have "Comments Submitted to MSHA by the Public", there will be a link provided.
