Schneider Electric is recalling “Square D” brand safety switches manufactured between January 1, 2014 and January 18, 2018. This action is in concert with an alert from the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The power can stay on when the safety switch handle is in the “OFF” position, posing an electrical shock or electrocution hazard to consumers.
