In 2016 and earlier, dust samples were mailed to a PO Box. This changed in 2016 and was reflected in the updated versions of 30 CFR §§70.210 and 71.207.
Some pre-printed boxes may display the older PO Box information, which is resulting in samples being returned by the US Postal Service.
