What’s in the Data Set:
- Each row in the data set is a survey record, and each one is uniquely identified using a combination of a form number and a noise survey number.

- The machines running at the time are documented.
- MACHINE_CD
- MANUFACTURER_CD
- The type of hearing protection used is recorded.

- The locations and times when the samples were taken are specified.
- SURVEY_DATE
- START_TIME
- Information on who or which miner occupation or job, was exposed to the noise.
- OCCUPATION_CD
- P_CODE
