The TICL offers a full range of professional information and support services such as reference assistance, interlibrary loan, digitalization, and literature searches. The expert staff will be glad to help you with research, locating library materials, and using databases.
Facilities for copying microfilm, documents, articles, reports, and other library print materials are available free of charge. However, users are required to make their own copies and are responsible for observing applicable copyright restrictions.
Telephone reference service is available to those unable to come to the Library. Requests for materials and reference assistance may be sent to MSHALibrary@dol.gov.
Requests to use archival materials should be scheduled in advance. Contact the library for more information about arranging a visit. Individuals and groups may arrange for library tours.
